Access to your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

You may not share your password, login information, purchased content, or account access with another person or allow multiple users to use one account.

Unauthorized sharing or use of an account may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

All materials provided through Leili Kitchen Culinary School, including but not limited to videos, recipes, ingredient lists, written instructions, photographs, downloadable materials, workshop content, graphics, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of Leili Kitchen Culinary School.

Content is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, share, resell, transfer, or commercially use any Leili Kitchen Culinary School content without prior written permission.

Purchasing access to content does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

By using this website, you agree to use all content and services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.

Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, resale, or distribution of Leili Kitchen Culinary School materials may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to further legal action where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, access to purchased workshops and course content lasts 6 months.

That period begins when the content first becomes available to you, which is the later of: the date of purchase; the workshop date, for a live workshop booked in advance; or the date the recording is published, where a recording is made available after the date of purchase. Booking early therefore does not shorten your access.

After the applicable access period ends, access will automatically expire.

Where renewal options are available, customers may purchase additional access for an expired or expiring workshop.

The renewal duration, price, and applicable terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

For multi-workshop renewal packages, access will be renewed according to the number of workshops and the access period stated in the selected package.

Leili Kitchen Culinary School may offer subscription or membership packages for a specific period of time.

The price, duration, included content, and benefits of each subscription package will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription package, you agree to the full duration and price of the package selected at checkout.

A fixed-term subscription package is purchased for the entire stated period and is not treated as separate month-to-month purchases unless clearly stated otherwise.

Choosing to stop using the subscription before the end of the purchased term does not shorten the package or qualify the customer for a partial or prorated refund, except where required by applicable law.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, fixed-term subscription packages do not automatically renew.

If an automatically renewing subscription is offered, the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, price, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

All purchases, including workshops, courses, digital content, subscription packages, renewal packages, and access extensions, are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated, where required by applicable law, or in cases of a verified technical failure on our side.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content may become available immediately after purchase.
• Once access has been provided, a refund will not be issued simply because you choose not to use or complete the purchased content.
• Unused time within a workshop, subscription, or renewal period does not have a cash value and is not eligible for a prorated refund.

If you experience a verified technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Improper chargebacks filed after accessing purchased content may result in suspension or removal of account access. Leili Kitchen Culinary School reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with appropriate documentation and take additional action where permitted by law.

Leili Kitchen Culinary School may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The most current version will be available on this website. Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By creating an account, purchasing a workshop, purchasing a subscription or renewal package, or accessing Leili Kitchen Culinary School content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete a purchase or access paid content.
