Persian Lentil Pilaf (Adas Polo-ye Majlesi)
A royal Persian rice dish made with fragrant basmati rice, earthy lentils, caramelized onions, and a special house spice blend. Sweet golden raisins and dates are layered in to balance the savory flavors, making it a festive dish traditionally served at family gatherings and celebrations.
Dessert Highlight: Swedish Cinnamon Rolls (Kanelbullar)
The beloved cinnamon roll has its roots in Sweden, where it is known as kanelbulle—literally “cinnamon bun.” These fragrant pastries became a part of everyday Swedish culture in the early 20th century, often enjoyed during fika, the Swedish tradition of coffee breaks with friends or family. So beloved are these rolls that Sweden even celebrates National Cinnamon Bun Day every year on October 4th.
Our version brings the spirit of Sweden into your kitchen, with soft, buttery dough, a swirl of cinnamon-sugar filling, and a touch of professional bakery craftsmanship. To elevate the experience, the rolls are topped with a luscious cream cheese glaze, giving you the best of both worlds—traditional roots with a modern, indulgent finish.

“Most beautiful diseh Leili was able to transform this simple yet delicious Persian cuisine into a masterpiece! I was a bit hesitant to take this class at first since it seems easy to make but let me tell you the result was far from simple! We made flavour, aromatic Adas polo with a unique garnish which you have not seen before any where! I am so happy I took this class and learned so many new things. We also made cinnamon and pistachio roll with creamy pistachio ganache from scratch. Everything was so delicious and beautiful.”
