“The BEST Meygoo Polo! I can’t recommend this workshop enough! As someone from Southern Iran who grew up eating the most amazing Meygoo Polo, I have very high standards when it comes to this dish. I always thought recreating that authentic Southern flavor at home would be nearly impossible. But after taking this workshop, I can honestly say I finally made a Meygoo Polo that tasted just like home, if not even better. What makes this workshop so special is that Leili Joon doesn’t just give you a recipe. She teaches you why each step matters and s countless little tips and techniques that completely elevate the final result. Those small details made all the difference. The aroma, the perfectly balanced flavors, and the texture were absolutely incredible. If you’ve been looking for an authentic Southern Iranian recipe that’s impressive enough to serve at a dinner party or special gathering, this workshop is the one. My guests couldn’t stop talking about it, and for me, it brought back so many wonderful memories of the food I grew up with. Thank you, Leili Joon, for sharing your knowledge so generously and for helping us preserve and recreate such a beautiful traditional dish. This is one of the best cooking workshops I’ve ever taken.”
“Cooking, Connection, and the Best Meygoo Polo Ever I took this workshop and absolutely loved it. Leili always s the ingredients in advance, which makes it easy to prepare ahead of time. The workshop was a joy and very easy to follow—step by step. And oh my God… this was the best meygoo polo I’ve ever had. The blend of spices, vegetables, and sauces was so unique and incredible—truly a wonderful experience. I’m definitely planning to take more workshops whenever I can. It was also my first time making shole zard, and it made me feel deeply connected to home. I highly recommend Leili’s workshops to anyone who loves meaningful food.”
